HIGH & low

I have just been off for three days and i can't believe that the time has already gone by so fast! I am amazed all the time that i try to pack so many things in to my time off, that i never really have alot of ME time. But i finally did today i have spent most of the day relaxing and catching up on a few things just in time to get ready to go back to bed!! Back to the night shift tonight!

I did have a great couple of day off, suprised my friend Kyla with a good friend from back home that didn't want me to say anything, i was more then happy to play along and the look on Kyla's face was priceless, it was so good to catch up with everyone it felt like we hadn't even been away from each other. Thats when you know you have great friends!!

I had one of my participants make my day yesturday, i was setting up equipment for my class at the gym and i had a participant come up to me and say "i am so glad you are teaching to, you are my favortie instructor!" I was completely shocked, i told her that she just made my day! It was so nice to hear that someone enjoys the crazy side of me when i am on stage teaching!!

Well back to bed for me, i have babies to cuddle tonight!!
